At PSG Academy Guangdong, our expert coaches are dedicated to providing top-tier football training. Comprising UEFA-licensed professionals, our coaching team brings a wealth of experience and knowledge. They are trained in the official Paris Saint-Germain methodology and receive continuous updates from PSG technical directors, ensuring our players benefit from the highest quality instruction. Joseph Jessel

GENERAL MANAGER

PSG Academy Guangdong - Coach Joseph

Joseph currently serves as the General Manager and Head Coach Leader, utilizing his extensive experience in football coaching and management. He holds a UEFA B Coaching License and advanced degrees in Business Law, which equip him to handle both strategic and operational aspects of the academy. His responsibilities include organizing training processes, managing match preparation, and overseeing logistics for tournaments and camps.

At Montrouge FC 92 in Paris, Joseph worked as the deputy manager for boys’ teams. In this role, he was responsible for training sessions, tournament organization, and mentoring other coaches. He met Moussa and Aloïs at that club, building a strong working relationship that continues today. Additionally, he first met Raja early in his coaching career at Pitray Olier, before their time in Hong Kong. This history of collaboration with the head coaches ensures a cohesive and effective leadership team within the academy.

Alois Goussard

HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

PSG Academy - Coach Alois

Alois holds a UEFA B Coaching License and brings a strong football background. He has played in professional academies and has been a semi-professional player with various clubs in France. At Montrouge FC 92 in Paris, he successfully coached youth teams from under 6s to under 13s. He also served as an assistant trainer for the under 18 team, playing a pivotal role in player development.

In addition to his coaching and playing experience, Alois has also excelled in leadership roles: he was the Deputy Manager and Head Coach at the PSG Academy at Urban Soccer Meudon. Building on his extensive experience, Alois has now the role of Head of Development at the PSG Academy. He oversees the growth and progression of young talent, ensuring they reach their full potential within the academy’s elite training environment.

Raphaël Rajalu

HEAD COACH 7 TO 12 YEARS OLD

PSG Academy - Coach Raphael

Raja is a dynamic and experienced football coach with a background in renowned clubs in France. After earning a master’s degree in sports management and the UEFA B license, he spent several years coaching youth teams. At Pitray Olier, he honed his skills in training session management, match and tournament organization, and relationship management with parents and players

In 2023, Raja joined the PSG Academy in France, where he coached teams ranging from U5 to U17 and participated in training camps in the United States. His commitment led him to represent his teams in prestigious international tournaments such as the Oostende Cup in Belgium and the Gothia Cup in Sweden. These experiences have allowed him to develop a pedagogical approach focused on the overall growth of young players while enhancing their ability to compete in an international context.

Moussa Traoré

HEAD COACH 13 to 17 YEARS OLD

PSG Academy - Coach Moussa

Moussa is a passionate and experienced coach with an exceptional background in French football. A former high-level amateur player, he quickly transitioned to coaching, where he distinguished himself with his skills and game vision. Leading several youth teams in the Paris region, Moussa guided his squads to numerous championship titles, demonstrating his ability to develop talent and foster team cohesion.

His experience also extends to the national level, where he successfully coached U17 teams. Holding a UEFA A license, Moussa now brings his expertise to the PSG Academy, where he is committed to sharing his knowledge and contributing to the development of local young talent. His arrival strengthens the academy’s dedication to providing top-quality training for its players.
