Romain Lemaitre来自法国Iffendic，持有欧足总B级教练证书，拥有丰富的国际执教经验。他曾在中国昆明Lynden足球学院（前身为Ajax Amsterdam足球学院）工作五年多，负责规划和带领训练课程，教授技术和战术理念，并管理比赛流程和球员发展。此外，他还致力于培养球员的间互相尊重、团结、公平竞赛和团队精神，并积极参与俱乐部活动和小区活动。 罗曼的背景不仅限于足球，他还拥有青少年支持、残疾人护理和探险指导方面的专业经验，这些经历都提升了他在教育、心理学、团队协作和领导力方面的技能。他精通法语、英语和中文，将为巴黎圣日耳门香港学院带来优秀的足球技术、活力和对挑战的热情。 资格认证： - 欧足总B级教练证书（德国足球协会） - 法国健康与社会工作职业文凭

Romain Lemaitre, from Iffendic, France, is a UEFA B licensed coach with extensive international experience. For over five years he worked at Lynden Football Academy in Kunming, China (formerly Ajax Amsterdam Football Academy), where he planned and led training sessions, taught technical and tactical values, and managed match flow and player development. His role also included instilling respect, solidarity, fair play, and team spirit, while actively contributing to club life and community events.

Romain’s background extends beyond football, with professional experience in youth support, disability care, and adventure instruction — all of which sharpened his skills in education, psychology, group facilitation, and leadership. Fluent in French, English, and Chinese, he brings strong technical skills, dynamism, and a passion for challenges to PSG Academy Hong Kong.

Coach Raphaël Rajalu

Technical Director

Raja is a dynamic and experienced football coach with a background in renowned clubs in France. After earning a master’s degree in sports management and the UEFA B license, he spent several years coaching youth teams, notably at Pitray Olier, where he honed his skills in training session management, match and tournament organization, and relationship management with parents and players

In 2023, Raja joined the PSG Academy in France, where he coached teams ranging from U5 to U17 and participated in training camps in the United States. His commitment led him to represent his teams in prestigious international tournaments such as the Oostende Cup in Belgium and the Gothia Cup in Sweden. These experiences have allowed him to develop a pedagogical approach focused on the overall growth of young players while enhancing their ability to compete in an international context.

Coach Julian Detaevernier

Julian Detaevernier, from Bordeaux, France, is a UEFA B licensed coach with a proven track record in youth football and technical management. He began his journey coaching U13 players at US Fargues before moving into leadership roles at SC Cadaujac, where he oversaw training programs and club projects. Most recently, Julian served as Technical Manager and U11 coach at Terres des Graves FC, where he designed targeted training sessions and community initiatives to strengthen player development and club cohesion.

Known for his leadership, adaptability, and communication skills, Julian has organized training camps, technical meetings, and extracurricular events to build team spirit. His passion for guiding young athletes both on and off the pitch makes him a dynamic addition to PSG Academy Hong Kong.

Paulius Paukštaitis

Head coach U13-U15 and goalkeeper

Paulius Paukštaitis, from Marijampolė, Lithuania, combines professional playing experience with extensive coaching expertise across Europe and Asia. He has played for FK Suduva B, FC Vytis Vilnius, and Nseth Berchem FC in Belgium, and represented Lithuania in beach soccer. His coaching career includes leading Dream Sports Academy Hong Kong, managing futsal and football programs at the University of South Wales, and guiding youth development at Cardiff City ADC, Merthyr Town FC, and Marijampolė Football Center.

Paulius brings a holistic approach to player development, blending fitness coaching, tactical training, and leadership. Fluent in English, Lithuanian, and Russian, he is passionate about helping athletes achieve their goals and believes in using sport to inspire positive change both on and off the pitch.
