PSG Academy Guangdong is Paris Saint-Germain’s official youth academy in South China, offering European-standard football training for players aged 3-17. Our training methodology strictly follows PSG’s professional system, led by UEFA-certified coaches at Benenden School Guangzhou’s world-class facilities. Whether your child is a beginner or aspiring elite player, we offer suitable programmes to develop technical skills, tactical awareness, teamwork, and sportsmanship, while providing international development opportunities in Paris for outstanding performers.
REGULAR PROGRAMME
INCLUSIVE FOOTBALL TRAINING
The Regular Programme offers professional training for all football-loving youth aged 3-17, with open enrollment requiring no selection. Based on Paris Saint-Germain’s youth development system, the programme focuses on technical foundations, team awareness, and football understanding. All training takes place at Benenden School Guangzhou’s professional pitches, led by UEFA-licensed European coaches. We provide year-round courses to ensure balanced player development in all aspects, with opportunities for outstanding students to advance to the Elite Programme. The Regular Programme not only teaches football skills but also builds children’s confidence, teamwork abilities, and sportsmanship.

ASPIRING FOOTBALL STARS
The Elite Programme is designed for outstanding football talents aged 8-17, joining through rigorous selection. This programme offers higher-intensity, more specialized training that fully follows Paris Saint-Germain’s first-team training philosophy, focusing on developing advanced technical skills, tactical understanding, and game awareness. Our elite players represent PSG Academy Guangdong in the Greater Bay Area Tournament and other international competitions, including the PSG World Cup in Paris, where they have opportunities to be discovered by Paris Saint-Germain club scouts. The Elite Programme features more frequent and challenging training sessions, aimed at nurturing future football elites and providing them with pathways to professional football.

THE GOALKEEPER PROGRAMME
DEVELOP SKILLS FOR EVERY GAME SITUATION
The goalkeeper is essential to our attacking game model, playing an active role in all phases of the game. They must excel defensively while also providing offensive support. We train our goalkeepers in key technical skills like ball grip, positioning, and diving, along with tactical skills such as game reading and decision-making. Physical training in strength, agility, and flexibility is prioritized, and our coaches emphasize psychological traits like concentration, leadership, and emotional intelligence to develop well-rounded athletes capable of handling any situation on the pitch.
